This position would be perfect for a college Senior or recent graduate looking to get a head start in the legal profession. This position would report directly to the managing attorney and serve as a back-up for reception, billing, and administrative support. This position would be able to see every role of a law firm in action, including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and the financial side.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Friendly, welcoming personality
- Able to Cover Hours of 8:00AM to 12:00PM on Mondays and Fridays, and as needed during middle of the week.
- Proficient with Gmail and MS Office Apps
Plus Factors:
- Familiarity with MS Access
- Familiarity with Phone Routing Systems
- Familiarity with Timekeeping and Billing Software
- Experience in customer service
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Work Location: In person
